5 Fake Executives Arrested for Not Paying P1M Staying Bill from a Resort in Quezon
Police authorities arrested five (5) fake company executives for allegedly not paying bill from a resort worth P1 million in Quezon.
After attempting to flee their bill at a resort in Sariaya, Quezon, five self-identified corporate officials were apprehended by Philippine National Police – Crime Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) employees. According to the police investigation, the alleged officers and their 175 purported laborers arrived on four rented buses and stayed for four days. Their cost was almost a million pesos.

Rushelle Rabaya, 35, of Quezon City, is the CEO of Global Manna Assets Holdings and Development Corporation; Celienda Sta. Lucia, 67, of Salitran 4, Cavite, is the treasurer; Jerry Eliseo, 52, of Salawag, Cavite, is the Vice President for Infrastructure; Aniano Alvaran, 52, of Calamba City, Laguna, is the Operations and Sales Manager; and Guadelia Dumabok, 56.
According to Sariaya police chief P/Lt. Col. William Angway, the five were arrested after the manager of Dalampasigan Beach Resort Corp., Ofelia Manao Haag, and the representative of the four bus drivers, Tomas Larente Montejo, Jr., filed a complaint. The group arrived on October 24 and stayed until October 27, occupying 17 rooms for a total of 175 people.
Their cost totaled P1,056,382, but police intervened to prevent them from leaving without paying. After reportedly failing to pay the P280,000 rent for the four buses, even the drivers complained.
