The Xiaomi 11T was officially announced on September 15, 2021. The 5G-ready smartphone is built with a glass front (Gorilla Glass Victus), an aluminum frame, and a glass back. It measures 164.1 x 76.9 x 8.8 mm and weighs 203 grams.

Xiaomi 11T comes with a screen size of 6.67 inches AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, 20:9 aspect ratio. It is available in three colors: Meteorite Gray, Moonlight White, and Celestial Blue.

The smartphone supports dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by). It is powered by Mediatek MT6893 Dimensity 1200 5G (6 nm) processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is Mali-G77 MC9. It runs on the Android 11 + MIUI 12.5 operating system.

Xiaomi 11T is integrated with 8GB of RAM while the internal storage has 128GB and 256GB options. The device is kept on by a 5000 mAh built-in battery + fast charging 67W.

The rear camera consists of a 108-megapixel (wide) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 5-megapixel (telephoto macro) with features like dual-LED dual-tone flash, HDR, and panorama. On the front, there is a single 16-megapixel (wide) camera.

Sensors on the phone include fingerprint (side-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass. It also features USB OTG, USB Type-C 2.0, Infrared port, NFC, GPS with dual-band A-GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, Bluetooth 5.2, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6, and hotspot.
