The Micromax In 2b was announced on July 30, 2021, and released on August 6, 2021. The device is powered by the Unisoc T610 (12 nm) Octa-core processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is Mali-G52.

The budget phone runs on the Android 11 operating system. It is packed with 4 GB and 6 GB RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. It also supports expandable microSD storage up to 256GB.

Micromax In 2b comes with a screen size of 6.52 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels, 20:9 aspect ratio. It measures 164.3 x 75.7 x 8.6 mm and weighs 190 grams.

The rear side of the Micromax In 2b sports a dual-camera that consists of 13-megapixel (wide) + 2-megapixel (depth) with features like panorama, LED flash, and HDR. For clicking selfies and self-shooting videos, there is a single camera on the front that features a 5-megapixel camera.

It is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 5000 mAh battery + charging 10W. It was launched in Black, Green, and Blue colors.

Sensors on the phone include proximity, accelerometer, and fingerprint (rear-mounted). It also features WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, hotspot, USB OTG, USB Type-C 2.0, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, and Bluetooth 5.0.
