The TCL 20 R 5G was officially announced on September 7, 2021. The smartphone supports Single SIM (Nano-SIM) or Hybrid Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by).
It runs on the Android 11 + TCL UI operating system. The device is powered by Mediatek MT6833 Dimensity 700 5G (7 nm) processor coupled with Mali-G57 MC2 graphics processing unit (GPU).
TCL 20 R 5G is integrated with 4GB of RAM while the internal storage has 64GB and 128GB options. It is kept on by a 4500 mAh Li-Po battery (non-removable) + charging 10W.
The dimension of the TCL 20 R 5G is 164.3 x 75 x 9 mm and weighs 186 grams. It features a 6.52 inches screen size and the display is IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that gives 720 x 1600 pixels resolution. It is available in two colors Blue and Gray.
The rear side of the device sports a triple-camera that consists of 13-megapixel (wide) + 2-megapixel (depth) + 2-megapixel (macro). On the front, there’s an 8-megapixel (wide) camera for clicking selfies.
Connectivity options on the 5G-ready smartphone include WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, hotspot, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, NFC, and USB Type-C 2.0. The phone’s sensors include a compass, accelerometer, proximity, and fingerprint (rear-mounted).
