Toni Gonzaga gets asked about alleged competition with Alex Gonzaga
Actress-host Toni Gonzaga has this answer about the allegation that there is competition between her and her younger sister Alex Gonzaga.
Aside from being actresses, Toni and Alex also ventured into vlogging. It is the older Gonzaga who entered the show business first and later on, Alex followed the footsteps of her older sister.
On the other hand, when it comes to creating contents on YouTube, it was the younger Gonzaga who has done it first. Alex was also the one who convinced her older sister to have her own YouTube channel.
Now, the Toni Talks vlogs of Toni Gonzaga have been capturing the attention of viewers and her videos have exceeded the number of views than Alex Gonzaga’s vlogs have.
Based on the article in The Philippine Star, the alleged competitions between the Gonzaga sisters is one of the questions that was asked to Toni during a recent interview.
The wife of film director Paul Soriano said that there is no competition between them. “Ay hindi naman. I think parang ‘PBB’ lang ‘yan. Kung anong matira, whatever it is that we have, right now. Parang itong ginagawa ng ‘PBB’ family. This is the sit we are right now with our family, our network. So may mga ways to give the best show,” she said.
Toni Gonzaga also related her YouTube channel to the collaboration that Pinoy Big Brother is now doing with Kumu. She said that she was able to find a small platform to share stories that would give hope and inspire other people. The actress said that she worked on what was left or the available sources that she has. “Kung ano yung meron, let’s make the most out of it. Parang sa PBB lang din. Kahit walang face-to-face, nakakagawa ng paraan,” Toni added.
