Manny Pacquiao Defends Wife Jinkee Pacquiao Against People Criticizing For Expensive OOTDS
MANNY PACQUIAO – Fighting senator Manny Pacquiao defended his wife Jinkee Pacquiao against people criticizing her for showing off expensive outfits.
Manny Pacquiao’s wife Jinkee Pacquiao wore an outfit allegedly worth P2 million during the Pacquiao-Ugas fight in Las Vegas. Veteran columnist Cristy Fermin took swipe at the socialite for her lavish posts on social media.
For Cristy, flaunting these expensive items shows insensitivity to those who are suffering due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. “Kung mayroon syang pakialam, dapat ‘di nya nilalantad ang kanyang kayamanan sa pamamagitan ng kanyang mga kagamitan. At wala pong kahihiyaan si Jinkee Pacquaio… Andami-daming nagugutom na pamilya, andaming walang pambara sa lalamunan patungo sa bituka, ipagpaparadahan mo lahat ng binibili mo,” she said.
Jinkee Pacquiao meanwhile uploaded a photo of her on IG and shared a quote about jealousy. Lots of netizens believe that her post was aimed at her critics who raised negative comments about her all-pink fight night OOTD.
They also teased her that she won’t be able to buy luxury items after Pacman lost in the fight. Recently, the fighting senator defended his wife against people criticizing her for allegedly showing off luxury items on social media.

In an interview with “The Chiefs” on One News, ‘Pambansang Kamao’ Manny Pacquiao said his wife’s luxury items were bought using his hard-earned money and not stolen from the public funds.
“Yung asawa ko, mukhang mamahalin lang yun, pero hindi naman masyadong mahal yung mga isinusuot niya. At ‘yan namang pera na ‘yan, dugo at pawis, hard-earned money ko…”
“Ano ‘yan, hindi ‘yan ninakaw sa gobyerno, hindi ‘yan ninakaw dun sa mga tao, kundi pinaghirapan ko ‘yan, pinaghirapan namin. Now, kung ano man meron kami, dream namin ‘yan. Sakripisyo, dugo at pawis ang puhunan namin para kami maging masaya,” he added.
Manny Pacquiao also said if he and his family will only wear ordinary clothes, people will perceive them as “plastic.” He said “Yun po ang ano natin, unless kung magsuot kami ng mga pangmahirap, e, magiging plastic din kami. Na sabihin na, ‘Ang style ng mga trapong politician,’ minsan lalo pagdating ng eleksyon, magsusuot ‘yan, kung puwede lang punit-punit yung mga damit, e, para sabihing mahirap, e, hindi ba? E, hindi kami ganun, e. Hindi kami marunong makikipagplastikan…”
“Gusto namin, kung ano yung tinatamasa namin ngayon, pinagdadaanan naman namin ngayon, gagawin namin dahil hindi naman kami nagnanakaw, hindi naman kami… pinaghirapan namin ‘yan kung ano meron kami,” he added.
On Sunday, Jinkee Pacquiao shared a glimpse inside their quarantine hotel. She and her husband have to complete 10-day isolation inside the very classy and extravagant suite Conrad Manila.
