The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 5G was announced on August 11, 2021. The display of the smartphone is a Foldable Dynamic AMOLED 2X capacitive touchscreen that measures 7.6 inches.
The 5G-ready smartphone comes in a dimension unfolded: 158.2 x 128.1 x 6.4 mm and when it is folded, it measures 158.2 x 67.1 x 14.4-16 mm and weighs 271 grams. It is built with a Glass front (Gorilla Glass Victus) (folded), a plastic front (unfolded), a glass back (Gorilla Glass Victus), and an aluminum frame.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 5G is powered by the Qualcomm SM8350 Snapdragon 888 5G Octa-core processor while the GPU is Adreno 660. It runs on the Android 11 + One UI 3.5 operating system.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 5G is packed with 12GB of RAM while the internal storage has 256GB and 512GB options. It is available in three colors: Phantom Black, Phantom Silver, and Phantom Green.
The rear camera consists of a 12-megapixel (wide) + 12-megapixel (telephoto) + 12-megapixel (ultrawide) while on the front, there is a single 4-megapixel camera. Cover camera: 10-megapixel (wide). It is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 4400 mAh battery + fast charging 25W + fast wireless charging 11W + reverse wireless charging 4.5W.
Connectivity options on the smartphone include WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6e, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS with A-GPS, GALILEO, GLONASS, BDS, NFC, and USB Type-C 3.2. The phone’s sensors include Fingerprint (side-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, and barometer.
