The Huawei Nova 8i was officially announced in July 7, 2021. The smartphone is integrated with a quad-camera on the rear side: 64-megapixel (wide) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (macro) and 2-megapixel (depth) with features like HDR, panorama, and LED flash.
On the front, the mobile features a 16-megapixel (wide) camera for clicking beautiful selfies and making video calls. It is kept on by a 4300 mAh built-in battery + fast charging 66W.
Huawei Nova 8i comes with a screen size of 6.67 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 1080 x 2376 pixels. It measures 161.9 x 74.7 x 8.6 mm and weighs 190 grams.
Huawei Nova 8i is powered by the Qualcomm SM6115 Snapdragon 662 Octa-core processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is Adreno 610. It runs on the Android 10 + EMUI 11 operating system. However, the phone doesn’t come with the Play Store or other Google apps like Calendar, Maps or Gmail.
The device is integrated with 6 GB and 8 GB RAM options while the internal storage has 128 GB. It supports dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by).
The sensors of the Nova 8i include proximity, compass, accelerometer, gyro, and fingerprint (side-mounted). It also features WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, hotspot, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, and USB Type-C 2.0.
