Maria Hoffs and Her House Becomes Instant Attraction to Tourist after Viral Issue
MARIA HOFFS HOUSE – The house of the viral doña in Cebu City who recently went viral for not paying a food supplier becomes an instant tourist attraction.
The house of so-called “Donya ng Cebu” Maria Hoffs became an instant tourist attraction when a video of her arguing with a food supplier who was charging her in the middle of her party went viral. Because Maria’s house can be viewed in the live video, it was flocked by several people and some netizens took the chance to visit so that they wouldn’t miss out on seeing Cebu’s most popular house.
In several photos shared on social media, people look to be happy after seeing the famous property in person. A group of riders was not prevented from stopping at Donya Maria’s house and took a group picture.

Following the incident, Mary admitted that her home became well-known among the general population. However, according to her, they were unable to sleep as a result of the flow of strangers coming into their home. She stressed that the popularity of her home bothered them because they had no solitude and were surrounded by loud people.
“This is the road that is so famous today, that disturbed us, that it is an instant tourist attraction, however, we can’t fall asleep again because people passing by here arguing, gossiping. Where is our protection now? ” said Maria in her local dialect.
Maria also stated that there is nothing they can do to prevent tourists from visiting her home. Maria previously threatened legal action against anyone who publicly attacked them on social media.
“We have a law. This is not a joke, there is a constitution. I am the victim, I am the victim, alright, so I strongly advised the netizens who are listening now be responsible of using your social media if you don’t want trouble, because there’s a law and you will be prosecuted,” said Maria.
Recently, Maria Hoffs went viral after she allegedly refused to pay her balance to Marjorie Abastas, a food supplier, because she was dissatisfied with the dishes. The Lechon package costs P19, 200 and includes a roasted pig, eight side dishes, and two fruit trays.
Raffy Tulfo was enlisted by Abastas to assist her with the matter since she is owed P10, 200. Tulfo volunteered to pay the money owed to the food provider and promised to assist him.
