The Archos Core 62S runs on the Android 9.0 (Pie) operating system. The smartphone is powered by a Mediatek MT6739 processor coupled with PowerVR GE8100 graphics processing unit (GPU).
Archos Core 62S is packed with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. The storage option can be expanded up to 128 GB using an extra memory card via a dedicated card slot. It supports dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by).
The smartphone measures 157.5 x 76.5 x 9.6 mm and weighs 202 grams. It comes in a 6.2 inches screen size and the display is IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that provides 480 x 960 pixels resolution.
The rear side of the Archos Core 62S sports an 8-megapixel camera. For clicking selfies and self-shooting videos, there is a single camera on the front that features a 2-megapixel camera.
Core 62S is powered by a 3000 mAh Li-Ion battery (removable). Sensors on the smartphone include proximity, light, and an accelerometer. It also features WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, FM radio, 3.5 mm jack, and MicroUSB 2.0.
