Teenage life is a phase full of life, energy, passion, hope, beauty, and joy. This age is easy to live because they are enjoying and having fun most of the time.
There are lots of advantages of being a teenager but they also face many challenges like choosing the right people, making the right decisions, and expressing emotions.
Being a teenager now is completely different compared to a few decades ago. It is harder today due to the internet world. They are more exposed to the more diverse world and some social media sites lead to drama and social pressure.
Teen years give us a chance to get to know who we really are and a chance to mess up and embarrass ourselves without being judged as an adult.

Recently, Queen of Creative Collaborations Heart Evangelista responded to some questions from her followers during a question-and-answer session via IG stories. A netizen asked her what was her advice for teenagers.
The 36-year-old fashion icon then wrote an empowering message for teenagers. Heart told them not to pressure themselves and that it’s okay to make mistakes. She also shared a throwback photo of her when she was just 13 years old.
“Enjoy being awkward and it’s alright to play around with your style (blue eyeshadow and all- haha) but seriously… don’t pressure yourself. Now is the time to get to know yourself more and it’s ok to make mistakes 🙂 you are doing great already! IT’S GOING TO BE OK.”
In a previous article, Heart Evangelista surprised her IG followers when she posted a photo of herself sporting a short hairstyle. The actress, however, clarified that she was just wearing a wig.
