The device has the Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Hardcase H550S was launched in a single color, Black.

Energizer Hardcase H550S supports Hybrid Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by). It is powered by Mediatek MT6750 (28 nm) processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is Mali-T860 MP2.
