Joem Bascon Admits Asking Permission to Meryll Before Doing Intimate Scenes
JOEM BASCON – The Kapamilya star admitted asking permission first to wife Meryll Soriano before doing intimate scenes in his new movie.
According to the actor in the previous face- to-face presscon of “The Other Wife” held at Boteyju resto in Capitol Commons, Estancia, Pasig City, he permits himself to his wife for the intimate scenes in his upcoming film “The Other Wife,” an erotica-drama-thriller.
The audience has already seen a love scene in the teaser for Viva Films’ next offering, directed by Prime Cruz. Joem will be partnered with the two admired leading ladies in the industry.

Joem, on the other hand, could not dispute that he and his two leading ladies, Lovi Poe and Rhen Escao, executed a lot of heated and dangerous scenes in “The Other Wife.” That’s why he said he needed to inform his partner Meryll first, and then it could be addressed and discussed with the help of Direk Prime and the entire production team.
“Siyempre kung minsan may mga bagay na kailangang i-tone down o kailangang baguhin lalo na kapag nasa set na, pero napag-usapan naman. Napag-usapan namin yon ni Meme (palayaw ni Meryll), and I guess after this, siguro yon, magto-tone down muna ako sa paggawa ng daring scenes sa mga films na gagawin ko,” Joem said.
When asked if they have any plans to marry Meryll, Joem admitted that he has not been able to answer about it yet. “Naka-focus muna kami ngayon ni Meme kay Guido, sa baby namin. Kung napag-uusapan na ba namin ngayon yung sa kasal, sa pag-aasawa, hindi ko pa yan masasagot ngayon.”
“Siguro sa susunod nating pagkikita baka masagot ko na. As of now ini-enjoy lang po namin yung time namin together with the baby and sobrang saya lang naming dalawa na naka-focus lang kami sa bata at nasa bahay lang kami,” Joem added.
