Chef Dead After Falling Into Giant Vat Of Soup Suffered Third Degree Burns
CHEF DEAD – A 25-year-old chef, Issa Ismail died after falling into a giant vat of soup he was preparing for a wedding in Zakho district in Iraq.
Not only was Ismail a chef, he was also a father of three. But, following this tragedy, the kids would be left alone with a single mother to provide for them.
The saddening incident occurred when Ismail was preparing a giant vat of soup at Hazel Hall for a wedding. According to reports, he slipped and fell into the large soup pot.
Afterward, his colleagues rushed him to the Dohuk hospital where he was treated for his injuries. However, the damage was severe as 70% of his body suffered third degree burns.
The hospital staff tried desperately to save Dohuk but sadly he died five days later. Following the tragedy, a family member told local media that Ismail worked as a chef for eight years. Furthermore, he usually prepared meals for weddings, funerals, and other ceremonies.
