3 Drug Users Arrested After Caught in the Act Doing Pot Session Inside Jeepney
Operatives arrested three (3) drug users after they were caught in the act allegedly doing a pot session inside a jeepney in Valenzuela.
Three drug suspects were apprehended in Valenzuela City while doing a pot session inside a passenger jeepney. Personnel from the Station Intelligence Section, directed by PSMS Roberto Santillan and supervised by PMAJ Marissa Arellano, performed surveillance on a dead corpse discovered in a vacant lot at Mac Arthur Highway, Brgy. Shallow.

According to the report of SDEU investigator PCpl Glenn De Chavez to Valenzuela police chief Col. Ramchrisen Haveria Jr., a concerned citizen approached PSMS Santillan and informed him about an alleged marijuana session taking place inside a parked passenger jeep at the Budget Oil Gasoline Station, Parking Lot, Brgy. Shallow.
PSMS Santillan, along with Malanday barangay tanods Rolando Dalagan, Joselito Bitara, and Francisco Chuidian, arrived on the scene quickly and arrested Gilbert Labuzon, 49, a jeepney driver, Jayvie Dela Cruz, 29, and Rogelio Galvez, 63, for allegedly using illegal drugs known as “shabu” inside the jeep.
15 transparent plastic sachets containing roughly 4 grams of suspected shabu valued at P27,200.00, a driver’s license, three coin purses, a BIR ID, P400 cash, scissors, a disposable lighter, a cellphone, and the PUJ with plate TWS-997 were all taken from the suspects.
