The Tecno Pova 2 was announced on June 3, 2021, and released on June 11, 2021. The dimension of the smartphone is 173.3 x 78.8 x 9.6 mm. it is built with a glass front, a plastic frame, and a plastic back.

Tecno Pova 2 comes in a 6.9 inches screen size and the display is IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that gives 1080 x 2460 pixels resolution. It was launched in Polar Silver, Power Blue, and Dazzle Black colors.

The smartphone is powered by Mediatek Helio G85 (12 nm) processor coupled with Mali-SDXC MC2 graphics processing unit (GPU). It runs on the Android 11 + HiOS 7.6 operating system.

Tecno Pova 2 is packed with 4GB and 6GB RAM options while the internal storage has 64GB and 128GB options. It supports dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by). The phone is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 7000 mAh battery + fast charging 18W.

The rear side of the phone sports a quad-camera that consists of 48-megapixel (wide) + 2-megapixel (macro) + 2-megapixel (depth) + 2-megapixel (depth). On the front, there’s an 8-megapixel camera for clicking selfies and self-shooting videos.

Connectivity options on the device include USB Type-C 2.0, USB OTG, FM radio, NFC, GPS with A-GPS, BDS, GALILEO, Bluetooth 5.0, and WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac. The phone’s sensors include a compass, proximity, accelerometer, and fingerprint (rear-mounted).
