The dimension of the smartphone is 165 x 75 x 9.1 mm and weighs 186 grams. It comes with a screen size of 6.52 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels, a 20:9 aspect ratio.

Alcatel 3X (2020) is powered by Mediatek MT6762 Helio P22 (12 nm) processor coupled with PowerVR GE8320 graphics processing unit (GPU). It runs on the Android 10 operating system.

Alcatel 3X (2020) come in variants such as 64GB + 4GB RAM, 128GB + 4GB RAM, and 128GB + 6GB RAM. It supports hybrid Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by).

The smartphone is integrated with a quad-camera on the rear side: 16-megapixel (wide) + 5-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (macro) and 2-megapixel (depth). For selfies, the phone comes with an 8-megapixel front camera. It is powered by a 5000 mAh Li-Po battery (non-removable).

Sensors on the device include a compass, proximity, accelerometer, and fingerprint (rear-mounted). It also features USB OTG, MicroUSB 2.0, FM radio, GPS with A-GPS, and Bluetooth. It is available in two colors: Blue and Black.
