Two Men Slap French President Goes Viral On Social Media
TWO MEN SLAP FRENCH PRESIDENT – What could possibly go wrong when you slap the highest ranking official in the country?
Obviously, there are some leaders that people adore, and some who they just despise. Unfortunately for French President Emmanuel Macron, his approval ratings have plummeted to abysmal lows, especially amid the pandemic.
As such, this pent up frustration was embodies into two people who stood in front of a crowd during his trip to Tain-l’Hermitage. Knowing a crowd would appear, authorities put up a metal barrier to separate the public and the president.
However, while he was greeting his supporters, the two men were lying in wait for their perfect moment. Once the president got close enough, they hurled their slaps directly at Macron, causing his guards to quickly intervene.

Even at several feet away, you could clearly hear the impact of the slap on film. Following the slap, the individuals tried to escape, however, they were quickly apprehended by authorities.
Still, the reason for their actions was unclear. Although, police theorize that the men may have an issue with Macron himself. Currently, the men are held under police custody as investigations are done.
