The Alcatel 1SE 2020 was officially announced on October 28, 2020. The materials used in building the smartphone include a glass front, a plastic frame, and a plastic back.

Alcatel 1SE 2020 measures 159.2 x 75.2 x 8.7 mm and weighs 175 grams. It comes in a 6.22 inches screen size and the display is IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that provides 720 x 1520 pixels resolution.

The smartphone supports Hybrid Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by). It is powered by Unisoc SC9863A (28nm) processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is IMG8322.

Alcatel 1SE 2020 runs on the Android 10 operating system. It is packed with 3GB and 4GB RAM options while the internal storage has 32GB and 128GB options.

The rear camera consists of a 13-megapixel (wide) + 5-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (depth) while on the front, there is a single 5-megapixel (wide) camera.

The device is kept on by a 4000 mAh built-in battery. Connectivity options on the phone include WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS with A-GPS, FM radio, and MicroUSB 2.0.

Sensors in the smartphone include fingerprint (rear-mounted), proximity, and an accelerometer. It was launched in Power Gray and Agate Green colors.
