Kim Rodriguez Allegedly Received Threats from Kagawad Neighbor Due to Parking

Kapuso actress Kim Rodriguez emotionally shares that she has received threats from her barangay kagawad neighbor due to a parking issue.

According to a GMA News report, Kim Rodriguez and a neighboring barangay councilor got into a fight over where the actress’ car should be parked. According to Kim, she withdrew the vehicle from in front of Ronald Ortiz’s house in Kagawad because she realized the tail of her pickup truck was blocking the driveway.

She allowed the village officer to park in its lot and then returned to her car. Rodriguez claims she asked Ortiz if she could park there because it’s difficult to get a parking spot in their home.

Rodriguez went on to say that she was afraid of the men who were supposedly circling their home. She revealed that the official allegedly summoned some guys to search their home, which alarmed her because there were only two people inside.

Ortiz stated that he did not contact the authorities. That’s why someone was dispatched to keep an eye on things. He also denied the males were “hanging out” outside the actress’s home, based on his statement.

Rodriguez is claimed to have been “offended” when he was urged not to get emotional about the circumstance and to add his acting in it. Ortiz and Rodriguez have previously fought, according to Mary Jane Zubiri-Dela Rosa, Chairwoman of Marikina’s Barangay Concepcion Dos.

Rodriguez has previously agreed to stop parking in the middle of the road as part of an “amicable arrangement” between the two sides. They wish they wouldn’t have to deal with the same issue again in the future.
