Socialite Jinkee Pacquiao, the wife of Senator Manny Pacquiao, revealed that she was “nangungutang” in the past in order to support the boxing career of her husband.
Jinkee and Manny recently celebrated their 22nd wedding anniversary. The couple is blessed with five children and they would share glimpses of their family life through their social media posts.
It is a known fact that Manny is one of the most successful boxers and his wife has been beside him through ups and downs of his boxing career. However, despite the support that she is giving to her husband, intrigues are still being thrown at her.
In a recent vlog of celebrity doctor Vicki Belo, she guested Jinkee Pacquiao. The beauty expert asked several questions to the boxer’s wife. One of the questions was the rumor that is most annoying for Jinkee.
She said that it is the allegation that she is just after Manny’s wealth. Jinkee said that there was even a time after they got married that Manny was defeated in his fight.
Vicki stressed that Jinkee and Manny got married even before the latter made it big in boxing. The celebrity doctor said that it was true love.
Then, Jinkee shared the hardships they went through, especially when it comes to the financial aspect. “Madami kaming experience na mangutan kami, para lang makapag-ensayo siya sa Davao or Manila, kailangang may pocket money,” she shared.
The wife of the boxer-politician added that their “ninangs” know this story because she would often call them early in the morning to ask for help.
Despite the struggles they had while Manny Pacquiao was just starting his boxing career, Jinkee Pacquiao said that she never discouraged her husband to do his passion.
