The Sharp Aquos R5G was released in February 2020. It is Sharp’s first 5G smartphone. The dimension of the device is 162 x 75 x 8.9 mm and weighs 189 grams.
Sharp Aquos R5G comes in a 6.5 inches screen size and the display is IGZO capacitive touchscreen that provides 1440 x 3168 pixels resolution. The phone is available in three colors: Blue, White, and Black.
The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Octa-core processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is Adreno 650. It runs on the Android 10 operating system.
Sharp Aquos R5G is integrated with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 3730 mAh battery + fast charging 30W. Â It supports Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by).
The rear camera consists of a 12.2-megapixel (standard) + 12.2-megapixel (telephoto) + 48-megapixel (wide) + 0.3-megapixel ToF 3D sensor while on the front, there is a single 16.4-megapixel camera.
Connectivity options on the phone include WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS with A-GPS, USB OTG, USB Type-C and NFC. The device’s sensors include gyro, fingerprint, proximity, and accelerometer.
