The Blackview BV9900 Pro was released in April 2020. The rugged phone was launched in Orange and Black colors. It measures 156.5 x 78.3 x 14.2 mm and weighs 273 grams.
Blackview BV9900 Pro comes with a screen size of 5.8 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixels, 18:9 aspect ratio. The device is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
The rugged phone is powered by Mediatek MT6779 Helio P90 (10 nm) processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is IMG PowerVR GM9446. It runs on the Android 9.0 (Pie) operating system.
Blackview BV9900 Pro is packed with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone supports Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by).
The rugged device sports a quad-camera that consists of 48-megapixel + 5-megapixel + 2-megapixel + thermal imaging module. For clicking selfies and self-shooting videos, there is a single camera on the front that features a 16-megapixel camera.
BV9900 Pro is powered by 4380 mAh Li-Polymer battery (non-removable) + fast charging 15W. Sensors on the phone include fingerprint, proximity, light, accelerometer, compass, gyro, and barometer. It also features Bluetooth 4.1, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, NFC, and FM radio.
