Super Tekla Reacts After Netizens Claim He’s Back to “Pagbibisyo” of Illegal Drugs
Kapuso comedian and TV host Super Tekla clarified the claims of netizens that he allegedly back to “pagbibisyo” or use of illegal drugs due to his haggard image.
Some netizens speculated that the comedian and vlogger would revert to his former bad habit of using illegal drugs because, in addition to losing weight, Tekla appears haggard. As a result, he turned to his YouTube channel to dispel the rumors.
And, to put an end to rumors about Tekla’s sudden slimming, the Kapuso comedian and host of the Kapuso comedy show “TBATS” has made an appearance in public. DonEkla in Tandem went live on YouTube with fellow Kapuso comedian Donita Nose, and Tekla addressed today’s issues with her.

The comedian claims that his sudden thinning and haggard appearance is not due to stress. He said that he lost weight after noticing that he was bloated. He said he had gone on a diet and had been eating “one meal a day” for a few days.
“Tinitingnan ko rin ‘yung itsura ko kasi required din sa TV, sa amin sa TBATS. Sa TBATS, kapag tinitingnan ‘yung frame mo, hindi na magandang tingnan, so kailangan mong magdiyeta,” Tekla explained.
He also apologised to their YouTube viewers and social media followers at the same time. Tekla claims that he appears haggard because he neglects his personal hygiene for a period of time.
He claims that when he does video vlogging, he is often too lazy to put on make-up. When he does his new vlog, he simply ignores his appearance.
“So kapag tinopak, ‘Sige ‘te, okay na ‘yan. Mema lang. May ma-video lang or may mai-content lang na hindi ko isinaalang-alang kung ano magiging looks ko, kung ano magiging dating sa tao.”
“Sorry and I forgot that ‘Ay, performer pala ako.’ Tinitingnan pala ako ng tao so kailangan ‘yung itsura ko presentable, maayos,” the stand-up comedian explained.
