This is a confusing question for Camille Prats
Mars Pa More host Camille Prats shared the question that her son Nathan asked her that she found confusing to answer.
From being one of the popular child stars in her generation, Camille practically grew up in the entertainment industry. Now that she is already a mother, she is sharing her experience with her children.
Based on the article in Bandera, during a recent episode of her talk show with Iya Villania, Camille was asked this question: “Ano ang isasagot mo kapag tinanong ni Nala sa ‘yo ‘Mommy what does it mean when people say ‘You’re bading’?”
Camille Prats answered that her son Nathan already asked her about this and she admitted that she got confused on how she would answer this. “Oh no, paano ko ba ipapaliwanag sa kaniya na maiintindihan niya?” she shared her thought back then.
Then, the celebrity mom tried to explain it the way her son would understand. “So ganito explanation ko Mars. ‘I think some men, they look like boys, but they have a heart of a girl. And vice versa,” she shared.
The TV host elaborated her explanation to her son by saying that it is the reason why he would see “badings” wearing certain kind of outfits that is not natural for their gender to wear.
“So ganoon ko siya pinaliwanag, Mars. Tapos parang naintindihan niya na parang ‘Ah okay.’ Tapos natapos na kami doon,” Camille Prats added.
When their guest The Clash” Season 3 first runner-up Jennie Gabriel was asked about her possible reaction if her son would say that he is “bading”, she said that she will accept it knowing that it is the desire of his heart.
