Manager, Caretaker, 2 Others Arrested After They Conspired to Rob Poultry Farm
Police arrested a manager, caretaker along with other accomplices after they conspired to rob the poultry farm where they used to work.
A manager and caretaker who conspired to ransack the JJ Rock Poultry farm were arrested after they were chased by two of their colleagues who were earlier caught by Talavera Municipal Police Station patrollers on Monday morning, March 22, in Brgy. Sampaloc, Talavera town, Nueva Ecija province.

P/Col. Jaime Santos, provincial director of the Nueva Ecija PPO, the suspects were identified as alias Ray, 22, farm manager, resident of San Mariano Maugat, Peñaranda town; alias Jerry, 38, farm caretaker; alias Joseph, 32; and alias Jomel, 29, both residents of Jaen, in the said province.
According to the investigation by the authorities, around 1:00 am yesterday, the suspects ransacked the poultry farm. The suspects, alias Joseph and Jomel were spotted on the road by Talavera PCP 2 police patrollers, P/SSgt. Melvin Sagcal and P/Cpl. Jaypee Acierto.
Their bodies dirty and full of mud while loading four sacks of poultry feeds in the parked motorcycle. After they were accosted, they sped away with their motorcycle towards the by-pass road.
When they were apprehended, the farm manager and caretaker who was the mastermind of the robbery were summoned. Their two comrades revealed that they stood lookout inside the said farm. Alias Ray and alias Jerry are facing a case of qualified theft, while a case of theft will be filed against alias Joseph and Jomel.
