Roque Answers Why He Keeps His COVID-19 Test Results To Himself
ROQUE COVID-19 TEST RESULTS – Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque answers why he doesn’t disclose his COVID-19 test results to the public.
Recently, Roque announced that he has tested positive for the deadly coronavirus. However, many raised suspicion and doubts as Roque continuously refused to show his test results.
According to Roque he tested positive for COVID-19 but is asymptomatic. Furthemore, he said that he was staying in a quarantine facility. But, others speculated that the Presidential Spokesperson was staying in a luxury hotel.
Meanwhile, Roque denied these claims and said that he’s staying in a 2-star hotel along Annapolis. Additionally, he claimed that his reason for not disclosing his test results was due to privacy.
When asked about why he keeps his results a secret during an interview with ANC, Roque replied with:
“Well, that’s covered by privacy…
Why can’t public officials, such as the Presidential Spokesperson, be entitled to presumption of regularity of pronouncements?…Being positive is not a badge of honor. I stayed in an isolation facility. Would I do that if I was not positive?“.
