The device runs on the Android 10 + TCL UI. It is integrated with 6GB of RAM while the internal storage has 128GB and 256GB options.
TVL 20 5G supports single SIM (Nano-SIM) or Hybrid Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by). It comes in a 6.67” screen size and the display is IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that gives 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution.
The dimension of the TCL 20 5G is 166.2 x 76.8 x 9.1 mm and weighs 206 grams. It is available in two colors: Placid Blue and Mist Gray.
It is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 4500 mAh battery + fast charging 18W + quick charge 4.0+. The rear side of the phone features a triple camera that consists of 48-megapixel (wide) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (macro). It sports an 8-megapixel (wide) camera on the front for selfies.
Sensors on the smartphone include fingerprint (side-mounted), compass, proximity, gyro, and accelerometer. It also features Bluetooth 5.1, GPS with dual-band A-GPS, GALILEO, GLONASS, BDS, NFC, FM Radio, USB OTG, and USB Type-c 2.0.
