Resort Management Air Dismay After CCTV Caught Guests Taking Out Plants
The management of the resort air dismay after checking out guests caught on CCTV taking out the plants owned by the said resort.
On Facebook, The Terraces by Legazia formerly Villa Sylvia Resort exposed the guests of a resort in Nagcarlan Laguna who were caught on closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera while taking home some plants that were owned by the resort.
In the post, they showed some photos taken on CCTV which are taken by some guests coming out of their resort carrying some plants. It can be seen that the guests openly carrying the plants placed in the plastic bag as if they are not doing anything wrong.

The resort was disappointed after what their guests did. In their statement, they hope that’s guests just let them know if they would take a plant. They said they give away plants if the guests really want to bring them home.
The resort did not release the identities of the said guests. Nowadays, plants are on the trend amid the stay-at-home policy due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, many individuals do the wrong thing just to get plants.
Others they even sell even though they picked it up illegally. The said post goes viral on social media as it reached thousands of shares and earned various reactions.
Some netizens asked why there are no guards at the entrance of their resort. Others reminded the resort to put up signs so that guests know if they can pick plants at their resort.
