DEMI LOVATO – Pop star Demi Lovato revealed how she “accidentally” lost weight. She shared a video of herself wearing a pair of pants that were too big around her waist.
While filming “Camp Rock,” she began recording 3 songs for the film and has several solo releases since. In 2009, she became one of Disney Channel’s brightest stars.
In 2018, Demi Lovato suffered a near-fatal overdose. She opened up about it on her new Youtube documentary. She revealed she suffered 3 strokes and a heart attack while in the hospital.
The 28-year-old pop star has also been very open about her struggles with body image. Demi recently showed off her “accidental” weight loss on her Instagram account.
In the caption, Demi Lovato said she dropped several pounds as soon as she stopped trying to lose weight. She shared a clip of herself showing off a pair of pants that were too big around her waist.
“Accidentally lost weight. I don’t count calories anymore I don’t over exercise anymore I don’t restrict or purge And I especially I don’t live my life according to the diet culture… and I’ve actually lost weight,” she wrote.
Demi Lovato explained that she is finally now in a good place. She wrote, “This is a different experience but I feel full not of food but of divine wisdom and cosmic guidance peace serenity joy and love.”

In an interview on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” in 2020, Demi revealed that her former team used to control her diet. She said, “For many years, I didn’t even have a birthday cake. I had a watermelon cake, where you cut your watermelon into the shape of a cake and you put fat-free whipped cream in top and that was your cake.”
