Samantha Bernardo shared this exciting news about her pageant journey
Filipina beauty queen Samantha Bernardo shared on her recent social media post that she will have a “special meal” with the founder of Miss Grand International along with 4 other contestants.
Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc. handpicked Samantha to represent the Philippines in the said international pageant that is set to take place on March 27 in Bangkok, Thailand. In a previous report, she shared that her flight to the said country was on February 24.
It is too early for the pre-pageant events. Samantha shared that it is because there is the earliest flight to Thailand prior to the pageant that would allow her to be included in the pageant’s press conference.
Being an early bird apparently paid off. Aside from receiving a warm welcome for being the first candidate to arrive, Samantha Bernardo revealed that she is among the “Top 5 on Arrival” contest on Facebook.
“We made it, Philippines! Maraming salamat sa mga bumoto at sumuporta. Tuloy ang laban, Pilipinas!” the Pinay beauty queen shared.
Because of this, she will have the chance to meet the pageant founder and president Nawat Itsaragrisil. She and the other four candidates, from Indonesia, Myanmar, Ecuador, and Mexico will have a special meal with the Miss Grand International Founder.
As of the writing, the pageant organizers haven’t announced yet if when and where the event will take place.
