Here’s what Anjo Yllana said about his co-hosts Janno Gibbs and Kitkat
Happy Time host Anjo Yllana has spoken about the feud between his co-hosts Janno Gibbs and Kitkat.
The taping of the noontime show on Net 25 became controversial when reports surfaced that Janno cursed Kitkat after getting pissed during a game.
However, the singer-host said he was just provoked and that his former female co-host was the one who started being disrespectful. Despite the reconciliation attempt of the management, both camps appeared that they still have issues against each other.
Later on, it was reported that Janno and Kitkat were already terminated. In line with this, entertainment columnist Gorgy Rula said in his PEP article that Anjo Yllana had no idea that his co-hosts will no longer be part of the show.
He knew that the management talked to his co-hosts but he had no idea what was discussed because he was not called to join the meeting.
“Hindi pa nila ako kinakausap. Ang alam ko lang, kinausap nila sina Janno at Kitkat, wala naman ako dun. Hindi naman ako pinatawag. Wala naman silang sinasabi sa akin,” Anjo explained.
The former Eat Bulaga host also said that he texted Janno. “Tini-text ko siya. ‘Kumusta ka na, ‘tol?’ Okay naman daw siya. Tinawagan ko rin siya once, hindi siya sumagot. Siguro medyo mainit pa… hindi pa siya ready na pag-usapan namin,” Anjo shared.
He added that he has not talked to Kitkat either. Anjo Yllana also shared that he thought during the live airing and taping of Happy Time last February 24, Janno Gibbs and Kitkat will join him.
However, that did not happen as his co-hosts were already asked to leave the show. At that time, comedienne Boobsie became Anjo’s co-host. The latter said, “Okay naman sina Boobsie, e. Masaya naman. Pero siyempre, nalulungkot lang ako kasi kami yung original, e. Kami yung magkasama nung nag-start.”
