Sarah Geronimo had this low moment in her own show
Sarah Geronimo experienced this low moment in her Sarah G. Live show in the past and G-Force’s Teacher Georcelle Dapat-Sy recalled the moment she motivated the Popstar Royalty.
In a recent interview, the artistic director of G-Force shared the story when the popular singer-actress had to went through a tough time, based on the article in PPE. Teacher Georcelle said that it was in 2012 which was, apparently, the busiest year for Sarah.
“She had 18 endorsements na running that year and then gumagawa siya ng pelikula ‘tapos meron siyang sariling show,” the choreographer shared. Sarah was supposed to do a big production number for her own show.
However, the wife of Matteo Guidicelli had a hard time focusing. “Dumating siya sa rehearsal, we were doing an opening number na it has to be a big prod number and then she was not one hundred percent there in the studio,” Teacher Georcelle sid.
When the choreographer was showing Sarah what she had to do, the former noticed that the latter was not ready to do it. Because of that, not just Sarah’s choreographer, as a friends as well, Teacher Georcelle had to do something.
“I just paused and then I asked G-Force to leave the room, I asked everyone to leave room and I just spoke to her. I asked her kung kumusta siya, kumusta ang energy niya, if it’s one to ten. And it was really low. Mababa iyong energy niya that time,” the choreographer shared.
Then, she asked Sarah Geronimo, what she was supposed as she laid down the objective of their production number. It turned out that the prod went well and the Popstar Royalty showed her caliber on stage.
“I’m just so happy and equally blessed working with her kasi talagang iba rin ang level ng artistry ni Sarah,” Teacher Georcelle said.
