The TCL PLEX features a 6.53 inches screen size and the display is IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that gives 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution. The smartphone measures 162.2 x 76.6 x 8 mm and weighs 192 grams.
The material used for building the device includes a glass front, glass back, and an aluminum frame. The phone supports a single SIM (Nano-SIM) or Hybrid Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by).
TCL PLEX is powered by the Qualcomm SDM675 Snapdragon 675 Octa-core processor while the GPU is Adreno 612. It runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) upgradable to Android 10.
TCL PLEX is integrated with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone sports a triple-camera setup at the back comprising of a 48-megapixel (wide) + 16-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel. On the front, there’s a 24-megapixel (wide) camera for selfies.
The phone’s sensors include fingerprint (rear-mounted), compass, accelerometer, proximity, and gyro. It also features WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, FM Radio, and USB Type-C 2.0.
It is powered by a 3820 mAh Li-Ion battery (non-removable) + fast charging 18W + quick charge 3.0. The smartphone is available in two colors: Opal White and Obsidian Black.
