Realme 3 is integrated with 3GB and 4GB of RAM paired with 32GB and 64GB of internal storage. It supports Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by).
The smartphone comes in a 6.22 inches size and the display is IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that provides 720 x 1520 pixels resolution. It measures 156.1 x 75.6 x 8.3 mm and weighs 175 grams. It has the Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

The device is fueled by a 4230 mAh Li-Po battery (non-removable) + charging 10W. Sensors on the phone include a fingerprint (rear-mounted), compass, proximity, and accelerometer. It also features USB OTG, MicroUSB 2.0, GPS, GLONASS, and Bluetooth 4.2.
