Teen Couple Arrested in Tondo After Authorities Seized P800k Worth of Ecstasy
TEEN COUPLE – Authorities seized P800,000 worth of illegal drugs called “ecstasy” from the couple in Tondo, Manila.
Police arrested a couple in a buy-bust operation con Rizal Avenue, Tondo, Manila. The target 18-year-old man allegedly sold P500 worth of suspected ecstasy.
He was arrested along with his live-in partner who is also 18-years-old and six months pregnant. About 500 pieces of suspected ecstasy were confiscated from them amounting to P850,000, based on the report of ABS-CBN News.

According to Police Lt. Joan Dorado, chief of the drug enforcement unit of MPD Station 7, the suspects sell the illegal drugs to their fellow youths attending parties online.
Based on the report, it is said that they can smuggle the drugs even amid the general community quarantine (GCQ) especially if there is a connection with the management of some hotels.
Previously, the target of selling party drugs in Manila, Quezon City, and Caloocan have also been monitored. The target of the operation admitted to using ecstasy and selling it. Selling drugs without bail is the case to face by the live-in.
