Pokémon Starts 25th Anniversary Celebrations With Nostalgic Video
POKÉMON – Pokémon is turning 25 this year as it starts off its celebrations by releasing a nostalgic video.
The Pokémon Company International looks like it has lots of stuff which are planned to celebrate this anniversary. The company stated off with a video which is sure to make fans nostalgic, according to GMA News.
“The games. The cards. The series. The memories. Sometimes you start out catching Pokémon…but you end up catching feelings,” the post said in its Tweet.
“We’re kicking off our 25th anniversary celebration with a walk down memory lane! Spot anything familiar?”
The company is set to celebrate 25 fun-filled years of the well-known franchise and it will celebrate all year long.
Pocket Monsters Red and Green, the first ever game of this franchise, were released in 1996. The franchise has since been adapted into various media, including a popular anime series, based on the report.
