The burial of Christine Dacera held on Sunday
Flight attendant Christine Dacera, who was found dead in her hotel room, was finally laid to rest in General Santos City on Sunday.
On January 1, the death of the 23-year-old lady shocked the online community as authorities initially stated that it was a “rape-slay case”. Because of this, netizens have expressed rage against the “suspects”.
Controversies also arose with the death of Christine but her “gay” friends who had a party with her during New Year’s eve stressed that they have nothing to do with what happened.
However, later reports stated that further investigation must be done in order to solve the case. A week after that dreaded incident, the burial of Christine Dacera’s remains was held in her home town on the morning of January 10.
Emotions of grief overflowed as family and friends finally bid goodbye to Christine after her untimely death.

Based on the report from ABS-CBN, Metro Manila Police spokesperson Lt. Col. Jenny Tecson said that they are conducting a continuous investigation.
“Continuous pa rin po ang ginagawa natin. Kaya kung sinuman po sila, magtungo lang po sila sa malapit na police station. Kung meron silang kinalaman, pumunta lang po sila satin,” Tecson said in an interview.
She added that they are doing their best in order to have an air-tight case.
Meanwhile, in a previous report, Kapuso drama anthology Magpakailanman expressed no interest in featuring the story of Christine Dacera due to a particular reason.
