Authorities Recovered Lifeless Body of a Newborn Baby in the Sea of Polillo, Quezon

Polillo, Quezon authorities recovered a lifeless body of a newborn baby allegedly thrown by heartless parents in the sea Tuesday, morning.

The Polillo Municipal Police Station is currently investigating the body of a newborn baby found at sea in Barangay Sabang, Polillo, Quezon. Fisherman Raney Dingalan saw a plastic bag floating in the sea.

According to the report of GMA News, Randy said he was surprised so he took it and put it on the boat. The fisherman was shocked to find that the plastic bag contained a dead baby.

The barangay captain was immediately notified and sent to the police station. The baby’s body was taken to the Rural Health Office and it was discovered that it was still a newborn.

The baby in the plastic bag includes the placenta and umbilical cord. It is being investigated to determine who threw the newborn baby.

Meanwhile, a newborn baby was also discovered in the garbage dumpsite in Cebu City. The lucky baby was saved after a clever dog halted a rider to follow him where the baby was left.
