Here’s what Pops Fernandez said about Derek Ramsay’s mom
Concert Queen Pops Fernandez mentioned the mother of hunk actor Derek Ramsay amid the third party accusation against her following the latter’s breakup with Kapuso star Andrea Torres.
The breakup of Derek and Andrea garnered various reactions from showbiz fans these past few days. Many were surprised as the former couple already shared their future plans to settle down together.
Some netizens attacked Derek for allegedly being a womanizer but some defended him as they reasoned out that the public did not know really happened between him and Andrea.
The former couple chose not to divulge the details on their separation and asked fans to respect this. A speculation surfaced that Andrea allegedly demanded marriage before living together but Derek allegedly did not agree..
Another issue that surfaced was the alleged third party and fingers were pointed to Pops Fernandez. A netizen accused Derek of having a relationship with the singer but the actor denied this.
Based on the from Abante Entertainment, this started when Pops greeted the mother of Derek as she said, “happy birthday mommy”. The singer pays no attention to the third party allegations against her.
Entertainment columnist Dondon Sermino attested that Pops and Derek’s manager Jojie Dingcong are really close friends. In the recent Instagram story of the talent manager, a video with the singer was posted.
In the video, the mother of the actor was once again mentioned. The singer said that she has long been calling the actor’s mom that way. “She’s everyone’s mom,” Pops Fernandez said.
