The Chinese tech company, Realme, has released more budget smartphones in a couple of years compared to other smartphone makers and they all have been reliably good. The company’s Realme 7 is one of their excellent and affordable smartphones. The model was announced on September 3, 2020.

Realme 7 comes with a big display of 6.5” with an IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen and provides a resolution of 1080 x 2400px. The screen Pixels per inch (PPI) is 405. The OS of the smartphone is Android 10 + Realme UI.

The smartphone is powered by a Mediatek Helio G95 Octa-core processor. The screen of the device is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The phone’s RAM is 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB while its internal storage comes in two variants: 64GB and 128GB.

The device consists of quad-camera 48-megapixel (wide) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (macro) + 2-megapixel (depth). For the selfie camera, Realme uses a single 16-megapixel (wide) lens.

Realme 7 is fueled with 5000 mAh Li-Po battery (non-removable) + Fast charging 30W, 50% in 26 minutes, 100% in 65 minutes. The sensors of the smartphone include proximity, gyro, compass, accelerometer, and fingerprint (side-mounted). It also features GPS with A-GPS, BDS, Bluetooth 5.0, GLONASS, USB OTG, and USB Type-C 2.0.
