Chinese tech giant Huawei is one of the well-known companies pushing the 5G phone technology. Top telcos in the Philippines are gradually deploying a 5G network in certain areas.

On April 28, 2020, the tech giant released its Huawei Nova 7 5G. The smartphone comes in a dimension of 160.4 x 73.7 x 8mm and weighs 178grams.

The screen type of Huawei Nova 7 5G is OLED capacitive touchscreen. The device sports a 6.53-inches and 1080 x 2400px screen resolution.

Huawei Nova 7 comes in different colors like Blue, Red, Green, Black, and Purple. It comes with a quad-camera on the rear side that consists of 64-megapixel (wide) + 8-megapixel (telephoto) 3x optical zoom + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (macro). For the selfie camera, Huawei uses a single 32-megapixel (wide) lens.

The smartphone runs on Android 10.0 (AOSP + HMS) + EMUI 10.1. It is fueled by a 4000 mAh Li-Po battery (non-removable) + fast charging 40W + reverse charging 5W. The sensors of the Huawei Nova 7 include gyro, compass, accelerometer, proximity, and fingerprint (under display, optical). It also features USB OTG, and 2.0, Type-C 1.0.
