Petroleum Products Price Change Implemented November 10, 2020
PETROLEUM PRODUCTS – Several oil firms will implement price adjustments in fuel products which will start on November 10 ,2020.
According to GMA News, the pump price of gasoline will be rolled back for the second straight week while prices of diesel and kerosene will increase.
Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. and Seaoil Philippines Inc. said that they will reduce prices per liter of gasoline by P0.20, while prices of diesel and kerosene will increase by P0.20 per liter and P0.40 per liter, respectively.
The changes in kerosene will not be implemented ini Cavite and Camarines Sur, where a price freeze is in effect.
Petro Gazz will implement the same changes, except for kerosene which it does not carry. Cleanfuel, on the other hand, said in its advisory that it will only adjust prices of gasoline.
The adjustments is expected to take effect at 6 AM on Tuesday, November 10 for all oil industries except Cleanfuel which will apply the changes at 8:01 AM at the same day. Other firms are yet to make similar announcements, based on the report.
The latest data from the Department of Energy (DOE) says that total year-to-date adjustments stand at a net decrease of P5.47 per liter for gasoline, P11.11 per liter for diesel, and P14.29 per liter for kerosene.
