Trump Says All Votes After Election Day Illegal, Says Biden “Stealing Election”
DONALD TRUMP – Former host of the reality TV show “The Apprentice” and currently, United States President Donald Trump claims that all votes after election day are illegal.
After declaring that he’d already won the election, Trump wanted to stop voting in states where he was down in votes. This caused major media outlets in the US to stop broadcasting his public address due to “lies” and “disinformation”.
Additionally, Trump’s son, Eric Trump shared a video on his Twitter a now-deleted video of someone allegedly burning ballots that were for Trump. However, local authorities debunked the video.
In addition, Trump recently undermined the value of military absentee ballot votes saying. According to an article from CNN, Trump said:
“If you count the illegal votes, they can try to steal the election from us…
if you count the votes that came in late — we’re looking at them very strongly. But a lot of votes came in late”.
However, in every election since 1812, absentee ballot votes from the military which cam in late were all legal. Among these absentee votes also include Americans who are overseas or located outside their state of residence.
As per the report, Sarah Streyder, the founder of Military Vote Coalition, said Trump’s statements were “demoralizing” for members of the service. She added that military personnel needs to work “extra hard” to be able to vote. Furthermore, she explained that the registration process was complicated enough.
