2 Kayakers Were Nearly Swallowed By A Massive Humpback Whale
MASSIVE HUMPBACK WHALE – A whale watching trip almost became a tragedy when a humpback whale nearly gulps 2 kayakers.
The largest animals on Earth are whales. These massive mammals could grow as long as a professional basketball court.
Several of its species are now threatened or endangered. In 2016, the US government removed most humpback whales from its endangered species list.
Recently, a couple of kayakers in the US are lucky to be alive after a massive humpback whale almost swallowed them whole. The terrifying incident was all caught on video.
Based on a report from TMZ, Liz Cottriel and Julie McSorley were whale watching kayaking on Monday off California’s Avila Beach in San Luis Obispo when suddenly, the humpback whale came up to the surface to catch a big pool of fish.

It can be seen on the video that paddle boarders and kayakers posted near the whale with another kayaker filming the incident from a distance. The viral video appeared like the humpback whale swallowed Liz and Julie but their kayak only capsized and they were thrown to the water.
“I’m thinking to myself, ‘I’m gonna push.’ Like, I’m gonna push a whale out of the way! It was the weirdest thought. I’m thinking, ‘I’m dead. I’m dead.’ I thought it was gonna land on me. Next thing I know, I’m underwater,” Liz said.
Several people reportedly came to their rescue. Fortunately, none of them suffered injuries. Liz said when they got back to their vehicle, “I was shaking my shirt and a bunch of fish came out of my shirt.”
