Petroleum Products Price Hike To Take Effect On Sept. 22, 2020 (Tuesday)

PETROLEUM PRODUCTS PRICE HIKE – Several firms in the oil industry have announced a price hike in its petroleum products.

According to a thread on Twitter by ABS-CBN News, the price hike is set to take effect on September 22, 2020. The oil firms who made the announcement were Shell, Petro Gazz, Clean Fuel, Seaoil, and Total.

Prices will increase to P0.60 per liter for gasoline; P0.55 per liter , and P0.20 per liter for diesel.

All firms will implement the changes. Petro Gazz, Total, and Cleanfuel, will implement the same except for kerosene, which they do not carry.

Based on the report, the changes are said to take effect on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at 6 AM, except for Cleanfuel, who said that they will implement the changes at 4:01 AM.
