PWD Caught Slapped by a Rude Tricycle Driver Seek Help from Raffy Tulfo
A video footage where a person with disability (PWD) was slapped by a rude tricycle driver has gone viral and elicited reactions online.
Recently, a video from Brigada Cauayan, shows a person with disability (PWD), Sammy Agustin, and a tricycle driver, Juliues de Leon, shouting in front of a supermarket in Cauayan, Isabela.
According to the report, Agustin said they were just teasing each other because the driver who would always tease him and he would just tease them back. However, at that time, she Agustin teased him, he must have irritated that led to aggression.
de Leon suddenly slapped the Agustin and he did not even feel sorry for the PWD’s condition. Fortunately, the security guard on the place feel pity on the PWD and restrained the angry man from hitting him.

The video footage has gone viral on social media as many netizens express fury towards the tricycle driver. The incident greatly angered netizens because the driver did not understand the condition of the PWD.
