‘Agent’ Tricks Poor Man Hoping To Get SAP For His Maintenance
‘AGENT’ TRICKS POOR MAN – A netizen claimed a poor man from Cebu City was tricked by someone claiming to be an “Agent” connected to the SAP program.
Timoteo Villafuerte from Cebu City. According to Facebook netizen Cecil Rivera Andrino, Villafuerte also known as “Mikyu”, was tricked by a person who said was an “Agent”. On her Facebook, she posted:
Kaluoy ni tatay, tibuok adlaw cya did2 sa Barangay Kalunasan nanimpad nga makadala ug maayong balita kabahin sa SAP kay bsan man lng para palit daw nya ug tambal maintenance pero ang ending wa jud tawn naabot ang ilang giingon nga agent! Klaru kayung gihangak, gikapoy ug naminghuy intawn
(I really pity this man, it was the middle of the day when he went to Barangay Kalunasan hoping to get good news about the SAP so he could pay for his maintenance. However, the ending was the agent never showed up. It was so clear how tired he was).
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, millions of Filipinos have lost their jobs. Because of this, the government gave cash benefits through the Social Amelioration Program (SAP). However, not every deserving citizen had been given the chance to claim the much-needed cash aid.
