Sarap Di Ba? host Carmina Villarroel almost fainted when Broadway star Lea Salonga did this.
Carmina has long been part of the entertainment industry. She has already worked with various famous and prominent artists in the show business in the Philippines. However, she still fangirls over her favorite star.
In her recent birthday celebration which was shown on her Kapuso talk show with her twins Mavy and Cassy, Carmina got a very surprising birthday greeting from her favorite artist.
The wife of Zoren Legaspi is a self-confessed number 1 fan of Lea Salonga and the latter was the birthday surprise. When the singer-actress appeared on screen, Carmina shouted with excitement.
The TV host was speechless for a while and gasping for air as if she’s going to faint. Carmina even gestured that she was like fanning herself. Admittedly, she said her blush on turned more red than the normal.

Carmina Villarroel shared that is the second time that Lea Salonga surprised her on her birthday. The birthday girl took this opportunity to ask questions to her “idol”.
The TV host asked if the Broadway star also cooks. Lea answered that she is more on baking than cooking and that she is currently perfecting her sourdough.
Carmina also asked about the upcoming shows of Lea. The latter said that there is nothing certain yet because her previous scheduled shows abroad were postponed due to the pandemic.
Before the video call ended, Zoren, Mavy and Cassy entered the room where Carmina was. The birthday girl proudly showed to her family who she was talking to. They said that they knew about it because of her loud scream.
