Actress Ruffa Gutierrez shared the struggles that her friend Donita Rose went through amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Ruffa and Donita became close during their That’s Entertainment days. Through that youth-oriented show created by the late German Moreno, many friendships, as well as romantic relationships, were formed.
Among the closest cast members are Ruffa and Donita who consider each other as BFF or best friend forever. Abante Entertainment columnist Jun Lalin, who had a conversation with the daughter of Annabelle Rama and Eddie Gutierrez shared about the friendship between the two actresses.

It was said that Ruffa Gutierrez got worried about the situation of Donita Rose amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The latter is a single mom to her son JP.
Ruffa shared that Donita will travel to the US this August 19 and will be living in the house of her brother Paul. Donita has openly shared with Ruffa her struggles because of having no projects amid the pandemic.
Despite the difficulties of her friend, Ruffa is happy that slowly everything is getting better. Donita was able to sell everything that she needed to sell before going to the States.
“I’m happy for her dahil lahat ng kailangang i-dispose, naibenta. Naayos niya ang lahat na dapat ayusin. God is really good. We are all praying for her and JP,” Ruffa said.
She also shared that on the day of Donita’s departure, they and along with other friends will have lunch together. The actress added that they will surely miss Donita but they know she will be fine in the US with her family.
Ruffa Gutierrez added that she will definitely pay Donita Rose a visit when the COVID-19 situation will get better.
